How do I get a referral? | Individual sessions with a Registered Psychologist can be provided under the following referral pathways. GP referral through a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP): - With a MHCP referral from your GP, you will be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Private Health: - Book an appointment without a referral. If you have private health insurance, before you book check with your provider as you may be eligible to claim a rebate.

| What are the fees? | -
Referrals are not required if you are paying the fee yourself or you choose to use the extras cover of your health fund. The fee for a standard 50-minute face-to-face or telehealth (video or phone) is $250 - well below the Australian Psychological Society’s 2026-27 schedule's recommended fee of $318. With a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan, a significant portion of the fee will be covered by Medicare and you will be eligible to receive a rebate of $101.55 (as of 1 July 2026) for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. - Bulk billing is available for DVA clients.
- Out-of-hours sessions (after 6.00pm) are available as are Saturday morning appointments via telehealth (by request). These will incur an additional fee of $25.

For health fund consultations, the fee of $250 will be required to be paid in full. After conclusion of the session, you can organise rebates through your health fund provider (Please note you will need to check with your health fund regarding your eligible cover). | Cancellations | Everyone’s time is valuable and we believe in quality care. Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text reminder.
