How do I get a referral? | Individual sessions with a Registered Psychologist can be provided under the following referral pathways. GP referral through a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP): - With a MHCP referral from your GP, you will be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
Private Health: - Book an appointment without a referral. If you have private health insurance, before you book check with your provider as you may be eligible to claim a rebate.

For health fund consultations, the fee of $240 will be required to be paid in full. After conclusion of the session, you can organise rebates through your health fund provider (Please note you will need to check with your health fund regarding your eligible cover). | Cancellations | Everyone’s time is valuable and we believe in quality care. Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email and text reminder. If for some reason you are unable to attend the appointment, 24 hours notice will be required otherwise 50% of the full fee for the appointment or service will be charged (Please note cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or your health fund). | |
