| Leah FrostMPsych (O&HF), BPsychSc (Hons), ADip (HR Mngt), MAPSLeah is a registered Psychologist holding a Master of Psychology (Organisational and Human Factors), as well as qualifications in Human Resources. Leah is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). With a diverse background working across a variety of industries such as government, banking and finance, manufacturing and mining, retail, legal, health and consulting, Leah supports adults with both personal and work related issues. Leah's therapeutic and intervention work includes supporting people with a range of issues such as anxiety (generalised, social, health and panic disorder), stress and burnout, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties (personal and work related), career and retirement transitions as well as wellbeing promotion and positive decision-making. Leah believes strongly in providing practical application to therapeutic approaches incorporating psychological interventions such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Model Therapy, and Schema Therapy. Leah also has experience in individual coaching (personal and professional) and is an experienced training and workshop facilitator with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering training workshops across both South Australia and national organisations aimed at improving mental health, wellbeing, performance and culture. | | Connie MiglioreMPsych (O&HF), Endorsed Organisational Psychologist, MAPSConnie is a Registered Psychologist with endorsement in Organisational Psychology who brings a warm, calm and practical approach to supporting clients across the lifespan. With experience spanning the defence, justice, health, education and infrastructure sectors, she has helped individuals navigate personal challenges, life transitions, workplace change and leadership development. Using an evidence-informed, strengths-based approach, Connie works collaboratively with clients to build on their existing skills and resources to create meaningful and lasting change. Her practice integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), clinical hypnosis, EMDR, motivational interviewing, coaching and trauma-informed approaches, including somatic and polyvagal-informed perspectives. Connie supports clients with anxiety, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, motivation, performance, vocational planning and significant life transitions. She also has a particular interest in supporting women through important life stages and is currently undertaking further study in eating disorders and perinatal presentations.
